I wrote this on January 9th and going to post on the 10th, but at midnight is when my power went out and no computer....... so, here it is a few days late!
Good morning.......
The gloom persisted yesterday... some drizzle and some snow...
Warmed to 40º! Zowie!
For breakfast I put some of my "blueberry/raspberry" sauce on some cottage cheese. The sauce was made from 1 cup of leftover berries, 1/3 cup water, and about 1/2 T sugar. Bring to boil stage and lower heat to simmer 3-5 minutes. Cool.
It is sooooooooo good. Would be GREAT on pancakes or waffles...
That and 2 eggs cooked 1 min 20 sec in a large coffee mug with
a saucer on top in the microwave with Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil
set atop a salad mix. YUMMMMMMM!!!!!
OMGOSH, this is a short video of a "kissing test" shared by pal Deeewayne Honneee P-berger...
Yesterday I wanted to go into town for some groceries and to
mail some stuff, but the snow started again and driving in this mess is not for
me.
