Good 38ยบ ice on the barn roof sunny morning.
Looks like it might be a good week to get my truck
washed!
I love putting boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs in
my slow cooker with green or red enchilada sauce, but this recipe is a tad
different. A real barbecue flavor. Serve on split rolls with coleslaw or plain
with baked or mashed potatoes.
6 frozen skinless boneless chicken breast halves
12 oz bottle your favorite barbecue sauce
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 T Worchestershire sauce
Put chicken in slow cooker. Mix the rest of the ingredients
and pour over chicken. Cook 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.
Half way through the cooking, shred the chicken with forks so
the chicken absorbs all the flavor.
Yesterday was brunch at Brian and Jen's with Tucker Sami and Grandma Jean.
We had cheese/jalapeno rolls, ham, turkey, cucumber, avocado, and some citrus
champagne like beverage. GOOD!!!!!
Sami helped make the desserts.... a puff pastry cup filled with whipped
cream and fresh fruit. GOOD!!!
Brian wouldn't let any of us in the kitchen while he cleaned it all up.
Thanks B!!!!
Sami is the gymnastics girl and never ever still......
