Grrrrr.... yesterday the internet connection went
nuts. Log in, logged me off, log in, logged me off. Frustrating. So, I ate
breakfast! I sauteéd some cooked chicken breast in a little oil, added a couple
of eggs, bacon salt, chives. Cooked a bit and then added some artichoke/spinach
cream cheese. GOOD!!!
Dinner was lobster tail and caprese ravioli with
(two flavors tomato/mozzarella and basil/pesto with my
marinara sauce.
First cut the lobster tail down the back and put
the meat on top of the shell. Brush with clarified butter, sprinkle on
paprika.
Bake lobster tail in 400º oven for 18
minutes.
Cook ravioli, add sauce....

My granddaughter Alex went to the tryouts for Pasadena Royalty
Court. This picture of her was published in the Pasadena Star News...
Each of the girls, and there were just short of 1000 trying out,
had 15 seconds to make their point with the judges! Alex was like number 134.
The results of the 75 chosen will be made available this week. Good luck
