Marathon Shopping ~ Hamburger Day

Good 30º and foggy morning. What else is new?

Yesterday Jeannie and I had a l-o-n-g shopping day. It was fun, but exhausting. Picked up Jeannie in Grants Pass, dropped some stuff at Brian's office.

Chatted with Sandra. Then off to Medford. First stop the Honey Baked Ham Store...

I got myself a mini-ham. Been hungry for one!

Then to Food 4 Less. Jeannie was a F4L virgin. She loved the store. I enjoy shopping there so much! Lots to see and great prices! Sherm, the owner, is a stand up guy and his prices are lower than most!

Then to Guadalajara for a bite to eat....

I had a tostada, Jeannie had the tortilla soup.

Then to ....

and the crowds were really not bad! Walked right up to the check out and was done.

Then back to GP and a pumpkin spice martini at The Mediterranean. Shelly treated us to a taste of a new wine from Troon Vineyards. It was a spicy, darker than a rosé, and she served it hot. Really good. Wish I could remember the name. Very "Christmasy" ! Then with Bill we went to the Elks for a wine and to unwind! Long day. 8 hours! Fun day! One thing that amazed us was the grumpy faces on almost everyone. We did our best to make them smile!

Today is a special birthday... our friend Jo Ann Kirk is celebrating. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JO ANN!!!

See ya tonight!
