Good 30º everything is frozen again morning.

The sun came out yesterday and it was HEAVEN!!

Noon yesterday it was off to Medford and a visit with a new doctor. This is the Allergy & Asthma Clinic on Crater Lake Hwy...

I was impressed with the architecture of the building, not only on the outside but also the inside...

The furniture was amazing!

This is Dr. Edward Kerwin,

, an allergy and asthma specialist. The doctor I have been going to didn't seem all that interested. He just didn't seem to be listening to me and my pleas for the coughing to stop! Dr. Kerwin is awesome! He is so personable, even funny, and really listens. I was so pleased. He is treating my coughing, after his super assistant, Brooke, did a multitude of tests ... needle pricks on my back and arm inserting allergens into the skin and waiting for results. Each spot where the allergens were inserted was numbered, so to know what allergens were inserted where...

I will go back to see Dr. Kerwin in three months. If you live in this area of So. Oregon and need an allergy/asthma specialist, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kerwin!!!

Then to Ace for cracked corn and some screws to put a cabinet door back on. Came home to a happy dog and cat!

Today is a special birthday.... Wayne Low (LASD SEB Motors ret) is celebrating. HAPPY BIRTHDAY Wayne!!!

Easy Crock Pot Taco Casserole:

1# ground beef, browned and drained

1 envelope taco seasoning

1/2 cup water

1 15oz can pork and beans

1 11 oz can mexicorn, drained

1 10.75oz can cheddar cheese soup

1 cup milk

2 cups shredded cheese (I use mozzarella)

2 cups crushed chili cheese Fritos

1. Mix water and taco seasoning and pour over cooked beef.

2. Pour into your casserole Crock Pot or a 5-6 quart slow cooker.

3. Add the mexicorn and pork and beans evenly on top.

4. Mix together soup and milk, pour over top.

5. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.

6. Top with cheese, turn on high for 15 minutes.

7. Top with crushed Fritos and serve.

Chocolate Cake Day (YES!!)

Chocolate Cake Day is a a chocolate lovers delight, and a day to eat cake. Why this a day to "bake your chocolate cake....and eat it, too!"

On this day, a white or yellow cake will not do. Nor, will part chocolate, part white suffice. It must be chocolate, all chocolate. You can make milk chocolate, dark chocolate, fudge, or any other type of chocolate cake.

The only reference to Chocolate Day on the Internet is from Ecard and calendar websites. This might lead you to conclude that this as a day for(and by) the Ecard companies. But, we know better. This day is for you, and all chocolate lovers.

There are three objectives of Chocolate Cake Day: To bake a chocolate cake. To decorate a chocolate cake. And, to eat a chocolate cake. Of course, if you are to busy to bake or decorate a cake, then just eating a chocolate cake will certainly do!
