"Mother's Killer Biscuits"... These
biscuits are really awesome. Been making them for over 30 years. A family
holiday staple. You need 2 packages of Grands biscuits, 1 cube butter, a bundt
pan. Arrange biscuits in a circle in the pan on their side. Melt butter in
microwave (30 seconds) and pour over the biscuits. Bake at 350º for approx 30-37
minutes (depending on you oven and altitude... mine took 37) until dark golden brown on top. Put on rack to cool.
After about 10 minutes turn out onto a plate.
You make these, and you will thank
me!
Back a ways, when Dan and Brian and the kids came over,I filmed this 40
second video of Sami and her BFF Dana on my shaking machine...
They certainly had a good time!
Yesterday I made up another concoction..
I used the rest of that cilantro lime shrimp from Costco and some mini
squash...
Dried spinach and bell peppers from Amazon, 4 cheese Alfredo, and
mushrooms....
Rotini, made with pureéd zucchini and spinach....
Sauté the squash in olive oil, season with Trader Joe's 21 Spice Salute,
and Lawry's Garlic Salt.. Add mushrooms and shrimp and heat through...
Add Alfredo sauce, stir in some of the dried spinach and bell peppers,
cooked pasta. Stir well and add mozzarella cheese...
OMGOOOOOD!!!! That, a glass of wine, and football~
Football tonight....
All I know. Happy Monday. Nuff said. Ciao.
