This is a lighthouse in Maine. Love the seagulls.
Yesterday I went to town to get some groceries. I needed
skinless/boneless chicken thighs for Dude. Also, since it was "National
Spaghetti Day" I decided to make some.... Not the usual, I wanted spaghetti with
clam sauce... So, I bought clams (chopped and whole), mushrooms, angel hair
pasta, cream cheese with jalapeños, celery, and snap peas.... (no recipe... just
what sounded good)
Reconstituted some dried garlic slices, chopped the mushrooms and celery... put all in frying pan to sauté with olive oil...
OMGOOOOOOD!!!!!!
There are a number of new flavors in the Phillidelphia cream cheese
section.... chipotlé, salmon, honey, bacon, honey pecan, chocolate, blueberry,
brown sugar, chive/onion, pineapple, strawberry, and garden vegetable! Put it
soups and stews.
Yeah Colts. Yeah Cowboys.
