Good 30º frozen foggy morning.
This is interesting... especially if you live in California or any other
state where you have to pump your own gasoline (not here in Oregon).... This
video demonstrates what "sliders" do.. how they steal your purse and/or
valuables you leave in your car when you are pumping gas... (Thanks Ellen Naugle
Pantalone... Wilson S'62, for this good information)

Remember the other day the PICTURE of
the day was canned Road Kill. Well, I wrote the company asking them if they
still make it... and got this hilarious response back:
"Sue-
We still cook up some now and then... it's my Granny's secret recipe so i can't tell you what's in it but we do put the ingredients on the label....
We ship it but the cost of shipping gets pricey. One can costs $2 plus shipping and we have two other flavors; Fish Assholes and Pickled Porcupine Peckers. We do have a 4 can min.
Have a nice day!!!

Dinner last night was a concoction
.... some of Costco's chicken/garlic/mozzarella meatballs... sauteéd in olive
oil and then put in the crockpot on 'warm'.
Then I cooked some garlic fettuccine
in very sea salty and garlicky water...
Next I chopped up some mini squash,
mushrooms, and little haricot verts (green beans)...
I sauteéd the mushrooms and squash in
olive oil with garlic seasoning, added in the green beans and some broccoli
slaw... cooked til slightly tender, added in the fettuccine....
I put all in the crockpot with the
meatballs.... and added in Progresso cooking starter.. creamy Parmesan basil...
Absolutely DELISH!!!!
... and all the while I was cooking,
Mr. Bruise was keeping an eye on me!
Good news is that my computer is done.
Turk worked miracles ... again! Bad news is I have to wait for the plumber to
unclog my sink. Hopefully I can pick up Hal (computer)later.
All I know. Happy TBT. Nuff Said.
Ciao.
