Good 33º barn roof iced over morning. Warmed up to mid-60ºs
yesterday. Sunny and just like summer! Nice. Everyone had a smile on their face.

Quick video of Dude disturbing the wild turkeys on his way back from his
"duty" up in the trees! As he gets close Bruiser tries to attack him! LOL
Here is what I posted on this day 3 years ago:
Yesterday, in the day time (unusual, as
he always showed up before in the dark) the feral cat, "BC" (Black Cat)
returned! I had not seen him, nor had any of the food in the back of the golf
card disappeared since the Saturday before the Super Bowl. He's been out and
about. I thought for sure he was dead. So, when I saw him I got a can of cat
food and took it out. He panicked and ran into the trees. I called him several
times and left the food. He came back as soon as I came inside...
I had to take these pictures through the darkened glass door and the screen...so not too clear....
It will take a while for him to accept
me and not be scared. I am so happy he's back and safe!
Wow, now he "owns" me!!! LOL... see, here he is napping on top of my
printer...
My friend Erika made this (posted on blog on January 29th) She said it was so easy and very tasty! Gonna make it soon!
OVEN BAKED FRITO CHILI
PIE:
Layer Fritos scoops or regular Fritos,
cheese, chili, more chips, and more cheese. Use canned chili or your homemade.
Bake 350º for about 20-30 minutes. Out of oven top with chopped green onions and
sour cream and avocado if you so desire!
Yesterday I got the permanent crown...
No no... not that kind. On my #15 tooth! Joy. When I had two root canals
they had to go through two crowns I already had. Now it's "replace" time.
Next
one is in April.
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Tuesday. Ciao.

Random Acts of Kindness Day
Today
is Random Acts of Kindness Day. And, you know what to do...perform a few random
acts of kindness. Almost any kind deed will do. And, we highly recommend you
perform kind acts on as many people as you can.
This
is a favorite day of many people and groups. People like the idea of showing a
little kindness to others. Its a fun and good thing to do. And, they like being
on the receiving end of this day as well. It makes both the giver and the
receiver feel good.
Schools
have used this day as an educational event, and to promote the value of
kindness. Organizations have used this day to promote their cause, and for
fundraisers.
Caution: What comes around, goes around. Random
Acts of Kindness is highly
contagious.
