Yesterday was miserably cold all day. I am such a wuss anymore!
Ravioli Lasagna
How about this for dinner, easy easy:
1 pound ground beef
1 28oz jar spaghetti sauce
1 23oz pkg frozen cheese ravioli
1½ cups mozzarella cheese
In skillet cook ground beef until no longer pink, drain.
In a greased (Pam!) 2½ quart baking dish, layer 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce,
half of the ravioli and beef, and ½ cup of cheese. Repeat layers. Top with
remaining cheese.
Bake covered at 400º 40-45 minutes. 6-8 servings.
Yesterday afternoon the does and fawns were out eating grass...
The one doe has three fawns, the other just one.
For dinner I had some steamed mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, snap
peas, yam, and cauliflower) topped with mozzarella cheese...
