Yesterday I met up with 3 of my pals for lunch at The Bohemian. Jeannie,
Dee, Adria, and moí. I met Adria at the Marine Corps League dinners. She was a
Marine and did her boot at Paris Island. We had a good time, good wine, and good
food, and fun stories ...
I had what they call the "Contradiction" ... a veggie burger patty, fried
egg, and bacon on a hamburger bun! Cilantro slaw. YUMMMM!
All I know. I think I'm going to make some spinach pesto today to go with
??? something .... pasta? gnocchi? We'll see.

Why should it be an insult to call someone 'a cheeseball' when these
softened and rolled cheese snack-appetizers are so darn good, and usually only
make their appearance at festive occasions like parties or holiday
gatherings?
