Dinner was reruns, but I wanted to share this recipe with you. It was one of Jerry's and is one of my favorites. Original from the Frugal Gourmet, Jeff Smith:

SEAFOOD SALAD

2 cups mayonnaise (Best Foods of course!)

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 T. lemon juice

pepper

Mix well.

_________________________

2 cups shrimp

1-2 cups scallops

2 cups fake crab (or real, but $) or fresh squid

Quickly sauté the above in butter or olive oil, and cool.

2 pounds muscles, steamed and cooled

chopped sweet onion

chopped bell pepper

grated carrot

1 cup chopped celery

 

Mix all together with dressing and refrigerate several hours. Even any type of pasta would be good in this dish.
