Good 57º morning. Yesterday was supposed to cool off, but we
were at 97º in the afternoon.
Sent from Gator for "my collection"! Love it!
Then I went to Medford... Brian had purchased, through an ad,
a wetsuit for Sami. They love going to the coast in the summer and swim, but the
NW waters are a tad chilly over those in So. Cal, so Brian hunted for wetsuits.
Found himself one and now for Sami... still looking for on for Tucker.
Anway....................... the person selling it was to meet him in the
parking lot of Target in Medford. He couldn't go so I said I could do it. Really
nice lady, Tara, was selling off stuff her son had grown out of or past. That
was 11:30. Then some shopping in Target. Only found one thing I wanted... and
it's GOOD!!!
I hadn't been in Target for awhile, and everything in the store has
changed. I love Archer Farms products and they hardly had any. Very
disappointed.
Then onto Trader Joes.
Gnocchi, artichoke hearts, aioli garlic mustard sauce, 21 Seasoning Salute,
and tartar sauce. Oh, and a case of 2 Buck Chuck Chard!!
Then to Costco. Disappointed again! No Checkups Dental Chews for Dude and
no Temptations Cat Treats for Bruiser! Gadz that makes me mad when they don't
keep their stock up. Razor blades for Brian and some 'Bacon Crumbles' for me.
Good, can add bacon without cooking any!
Then to 7 Oaks farm....
... corn is 45¢ and ear. It's a yellow/white combo and
no GMO. The best corn ever~!!!! Also they have veggie chips (ate them all!) and
very crispy fried salty okra. (that's the plastic bag) And, got some of their
Sweet Onion Ranch Dressing and an eggplant.
Jennifer lost her sunglasses in their case and I had searched and searched
my car, but to no avail. I did find Nadia's little shawl. Went to Grants Pass,
dropped the shawl off with Jennifer at the Kitchen Company. Then to Brian's
office to take him the razor blades and the wetsuit.
Our roads are being resurfaced and it's a wait and go slow deal all the way
out of town..
Got home, unloaded car, and was exhausted! Then after Brian got home he
sent this of Sami. She was so excited, she had it on in 2 minutes! ♥

National Radio Day celebrates a great invention and
communications medium.
The invention of the radio dates back to the late 1800s. A number of
inventors played a role in creating this important medium. A number of
inventions and discoveries were required to make the radio a reality. This
included both transmission and reception methods and technology. The radio
somewhat evolved from the telegraph and the telephone, with wireless telegraph
directly contributing to its invention.
Celebrating National
Radio Day is easy listening. Simply tune into your favorite radio
stations(s). You could also give your local radio personalities a little
recognition.
AND.... it's also Lemonade Day
