Yesterday morning friends Pat Reardon (LASD ret) and his bride Alice
arrived for a very short visit. They were on their way back home to Washington
state. We had a nice but short visit. While standing in the yard I spotted this
winged creature...
After some research, having never seen one of these before, I found out it
was a silkmoth.
