Good 55º morning. A few scattered wispy clouds up there. Got
to 101º yesterday and will probably be about the same today. UGH.
The other night I watched a movie called Blended, with
Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore.....
Don't waste your time or money! STUPID. Characters all were STUPID. GAG.
I received this link from Mike Cippola ... as he said, one
word says it all .. AWESOME. These are professionally taken photos of the Grand
Canyon in Arizona, something we would be hard pressed to capture. Thanks Mike!
So.............. yesterday for Tucker's birthday he was having a sleep over
with some of his guy pals. In the night Friday he got a fever. Sleep over
canceled. I found out when I called to sing ♪♫•*¨*•.•*¨*•♫♪Happy
Birthday♪♫•*¨*•.•*¨*•♫♪ to him and dance.
Poor little guy. Bummer!!!
I took his birthday presents over in the afternoon but didn't stay. He had
an upset stomach also. Laying on the couch on his birthday being sick. No fun!!!
I am having a REAL PROBLEM with FB. Yesterday and today, it won't load. Anyone else having this problem????
Today is three more special birthdays... Barry Keith, a Texas friend (now
in NM) who would come out to the Pomona Gun Show with his wife Dawna and we
would have the BEST times. Also, Jerry and I visited them in Texas. HAPPY
BIRTHDAY BARRY!!! Miss you guys!
Then there is Miss Bonnie. Her relationship with LASD goes back to her dad.
MISS BONNIE HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Here she is on her recent trip to Thailand...
And Randy Honeycutt (LASD ret). He and Jerry worked together at Temple.
Jerry's nickname for him was "Sweet Box". (Just look at his last name and take
out a t and add an n. Oh the names Mr. Maxwell could come up with! LOL.) HAPPY

Yesterday I took Dude for his run, trash out, picked up mail. Two more
digger squirrels caught. Called the pest company. Am MAD AS HELL with them.
Nobody came out. Now what? Inhumane to let them die in this heat! They will hear
from me BIG TIME tomorrow!!!
I sliced up some tomatoes yesterday, tossed them with olive oil and sea
salt, and put them in the dehydrator for the night.
This morning I tried a couple of them. Not quite done, but
OMGOOOOD!!!!
Dinner last night was canned salmon, stir fry veggies, wild garlic egg noodles (made in Germany! got them at Grocery Outlet), artichoke pesto (also from Grocery Outlet), some cherry tomatoes, and baby spinach.
I stir-fried the veggies along with the cherry tomatoes, cooked the
noodles. I drained the salmon cans into a dish for the Bruise... Happy
cat~!
Then I added the salmon into the pan, the artichoke pesto, stirred in the
noodles, and then the baby spinach. Heated through...
Super GOOD!! Can't wait for reruns
