Good 46º clear sunny morning. Yesterday we topped out at 90º. Lots and lots
of cumulus clouds all day too.
Back to radio
codes.... 10-15 means "prisoner in custody". Typically used like "52 Tom 2 10-15
with 1" ...or something like that. Meaning the Temple City traffic unit, 2T2, is
bringing someone to jail! Or..... "58 10-15 with 2" meaning the Duarte unit is
bringing 2 to jail!
Happy Throw Back Thursday:
My Brian.....
Yesterday for breakfast...
2 eggs mixed with a dollop of creamy garlic sauce and some chopped fresh
spinach and a mozzarella stick cut into pieces..half the mozzarella went in the
mixture and cooked for 1 minute, stirred, and cooked additional minute. Put
remaining cheese pieces on top and lid and let sit for a minute or so. Then a
few squirts of siracha mayonnaise...
Mike was here yesterday ... doing a lot of leaf/pine needle blowing,
picking up wood from the other pasture the tree trimmers left, cleaning out the
seasonal creek bed, fixing the foot bridge, etc.....

Later when Mike had finished all the yard work we sat down and chatted.
Always nice. He told me about his two trips to Israel as a paramedic. He said
they are so advanced in their training, that paramedic status is almost the same
as an MD! He is still in contact with some people he knew over there. The funny
thing is, the Israelis feel 'sorry' for us here in the US as things continue a
downhill spiral thanks to our STUPID government and it's 'head'!!!!
Before Mike left he petted Bruiser, who was napping in 'his' chair...
Bruiser liked Mike's finger!!!! OMG he gave Mike a kiss!!! He doesn't do that to
anyone but me. Mike is the animal whisperer!
Dinner was crab cakes, artichoke hearts, spinach, and SF sourdough with
Clearman's butter/cheese spread.
I topped the crab cakes with a few dollops of the Best Foods Southwestern
Ranch (YUMMMMM)....
OMGOOOOOD! HEAVEN!!
Here is a link on how to copy Clearman's cheese spread:
The Clearman' Northwoods Inn in San Gabriel, always a favorite place to
eat... also one just like it on N. Azusa in Covina. (When I come down, Tootie,
lets all go there!!!!)
All I know. Nuff said. Happy TBT. Ciao.

White Cane Safety Day
White Cane Safety Day celebrates and recognizes the
achievements of the blind and visually impaired, and their independence. That
independence is represented by the white cane that they use to travel from place
to place.
The white cane is an invaluable tool for the blind. It affords blind people
a freedom of movement they otherwise may not have. The white cane is a well
recognized symbol of independence.
If you know someone who is blind or visually impaired, celebrate this day
with him or her. We suggest you let them take you for a
walk.
