Police Stop ~ Crime Scene ~ Guacamole

Good 42º morning. Boy, chilly last night. Blanket time!

Here is a video of some of the heroes from 9-11. I received this from several people; George, Ron, and a couple others. The Boat-lift. Narrated by Tom Hanks. It's moving. Take the time to watch it.

Gloomy day yesterday. Never got above 69º. Cloudy. Dreary.

But, I was busy in the kitchen with my 40 pounds of tomatoes. Marinara sauce... tomato juice.... and more today to work on. I found that instead of taking up my biggest frying pan to cook the tomatoes, I put them in the crockpot. Worked wonderful! Had to make a run for more mushrooms and for pickling salt and mustard seed for the cucumber relish I'm making when the marinara is done.

When PJ and I went to Bill and Jeannie's to pick the tomatoes, I left a prank at their gate....

Big surprise, they knew it was me! But..... the UPS guy went there to deliver a package and didn't want to go there! Took it to the neighbors ... who finked on me anyway! Thanks Rich! Bill and Jeannie just got home yesterday. I was waiting until they saw it to show it on my blog or they would have been forewarned.

Ok, you gotta see this... an American jazz band visiting in France plays for a heard of spellbound cows! Moooosic!

The other day the police stopped an elderly man, friend of mine, around 2am. The police asked where Fred was going at this time of night. Fred told them, "I am on my way to a lecture about alcohol abuse and the effects has on a human body, as well as smoking and staying out late."

The police officer then asks, "Really? Who is giving that lecture at this time of night?"

Fred replied, "That would be my wife."

(Ba dum bum bum ...)

My friend Charline had box seats for the Dodger's games, right over the Dodger dugout. Orle would step out and say hello. He was so nice. Very pleasant man. What fun that was!
