for today.
Yesterday morning...as every morning in the summer... this is tarweed. It
is pretty but horribly sticky and will cause liver failure in animals that eat
it. The flowers close up after the sun is on them. It grows where the ground
isn't
irrigated.
Do any of you Wilsonites remember a street named Catalpa, north of Valley
Blvd, and west of Eastern? I have a tree in my front yard that is a Catalpa
tree!

So so sooooooooooooo frustrated with this new computer and the STUPID
printer! Fought with both of them all yesterday morning. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....
DO NOT GET A NEW DELL COMPUTER WITH WINDOWS 10!!!!!! It SUCKS!
And then of course, try and get anything done when Bruiser chooses the
middle of the desk to nap!
So, prior to dinner while watching the news I had my Scotch... up, like
Commissioner Reagan on Blue Bloods likes his!
I had recently purchased an air fryer...
It is an amazing machine and so easy to clean with the cooking parts going
in the dishwasher. I had baked an Omaha Steaks Chicken Pastry the other night.
Well, 2 of them. So the other night I wanted to heat up the second one. I put it
and the veggies in the air fryer. Cooked them perfect and even browned the
pastry!
Last night I cooked two Omaha Steaks in the air fryer. Perfect!
Then I mixed up these veggies with a bit of olive oil, garlic salt, and
some Tuscan seasoning
I cooked them in the air fryer. Then sprinkled on Parmesan cheese....
The carrots and celery stayed crispy and the broccoli was like it had been
fried! Such a great taste! OMGOOOOOD! It doesn't heat up the house, makes clean
up easy. I love it!
