Good 42º clear sunny and gonna be warm, in the 80º's, morning!
You know, at the end of every quarter, I wait with a 'fish on my tongue'
for the big whopping bonus check from my Bank of America stock...... taaaaa
daaaaa..
It never ceases to amaze the heqq out of me when I see it. Consider the
bookkeeping (computerized, but someone has to supervise), the paper, and the 45¢
to mail it. Whaaaaa??? You'd think that they would take the yearly 32¢ and add
it back to my stock fund! That amounts to $3.20 at the end of 10 years! Wow,
some brilliant minds at BofA!

Ok, here's a couple more puns from Ike Saben...
What do you call a dinosaur with an extensive vocabulary?
A thesaurus.
England has no kidney bank, but it does have a Liverpool.

Speaking of England....
I was telling Jeannie about this marinade... it's the BEST for beef ever!
Put a few rib-eyes or t-bones in this over night and they will be
spectacular....
1 pint of red wine, 2/3 cup olive oil, 1 T. Montreal Steak Seasoning.
Marinate 5-6 pounds meat, grill or broil.

Taken at Mythos Restaurant in Athens Greece 2009.

I had 'Big Mike' from Artoff Plumbing back yesterday. My kitchen sink drain
acts up about once a year. Mike fixed it so it's working smooth again! Thanks
Mike!
Dinner last night was awesome. I marinated two skinless boneless chicken
breasts in orange juice, enough to cover, and ginger for a couple of hours in the crockpot. Then cooked on high for 5 hours. The last hour I added in some dried
mushrooms, sesame oil, and spicy soy sauce, and a package of frozen peas.
Cooked some 'sticky' rice and added that. Cooked the last hour on
low. Chicken was tasty and tender! It fell apart and the rice mixture with the peas and flavorings was sooooooooooooo yummy!
I have an awesome story of a Marine from Brian for tomorrow. Think Iwo Jima and........ (drumroll please) El Sereno and Wilson High School!
All I know. Happy Hump Day. Nuff said. Ciao.
