her name is Maxwell! Actually Bill sent it... and said, "a Maxwell is a Maxwell!" And, yes, he used
pink font!

Dinner last night was great. Lobster stuffed ravioli and
roasted vegetables....
I sliced some fingerling potatoes, put them in a zip bag with
olive oil, garlic powder and a bit of sea salt. Onto a cookie sheet they went
and into a 450º oven for 10 minutes. I put broccoli, green beans, chunky cabbage, sweet peppers,
and thick sliced tomato into the bag with more olive oil, garlic powder, and sea
salt. Out comes the cookie sheet and the rest of the vegetables were added,
reduce heat to 425º and roast for 15-20 minutes. Cook the ravioli, drain saving
about 2T cooking water, add a couple spoonfuls of Cooking Cream and the ravioli
back into the cooking pot. Let sit until vegetables are cooked.
Serve...
Yesterday I goofed. My friend Laura Kath was celebrating her
birthday. Laura and my niece, Melinda, are buddies and we went on a trip to
Greece together. So so sorry I left you off the blog yesterday!!
