Good 35ยบ foggy morning.
Today is a fasting blood test so I'm outta here in a few. Need sustenance! Will take a energy bar with me and get coffee at the coffee stand at the hospital.
Yesterday was a weird weather day. Clouds, rain, sun, clouds, rain, sun.
Maggie and I took the trash down to the road and stopped by Frank and Cindy's. Their sons, Josh and Jason, and daughter in law, Shannon, and grandson Evan were there... Josh has a new baby Jack Russell...OMG CUTE!~!! He looks like this:
and is just 8 weeks old. I was holding him and melting! Gave Evan a ride in the golf cart and he wanted MORE! Next time a picture.
At Costco the other day a lady was demo-ing MegaRed which is touted to be better than Glucosamine for joint pain.
She said her son takes it and raves. I got a bottle, 60 day supply for $23.99 (included a $6 coupon... so regular price is $29.99) Dr. Oz touts it as a preventative for heart attacks. The omega 3 krill oil is better than regular fish oil capsules. I bought some and started taking it 3 days ago and notice a difference in my joint pain. It has decreased significantly. So, went on line to my favorite shopping place, Amazon.com, and got two bottles each a 90 day supply for $18.98 each! That is a savings of over $5 each because I am getting an extra 30 day supply in each bottle. Works out to 21¢ each as to Costco's 39¢ each. Sucha deal.
Historically this date...
A bunch of stuff happened, but nothing that I got that goosebumpy about!
And births this date include...
4 marriages, 5 children. Divorced at the present time. Seems to me people married that many times must be really hard to get along with!
My favorite show is Hawaii Five-0 and his son Scott stars in it. Like him. James was on not too long ago. Good to see him again!~ LOVED The Godfather!
...... tooooo weird for my taste!
... I like his show Dateline.
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Monday. Ciao.
