And can you believe it....this is the END of September! Where did this
month go???? Do you realize how close Christmas is?
I have finished the infusing of the vodka with the pears. OMGood! In one
jar I put some cinnamon sticks. That's good too. Going to share with my friends.
And by the way, the pear pieces I took out of the vodka are POTENT! Yummy.

If you buy fish from Viet Nam, catfish, talapia, be warned. Check the packaging

Yesterday was a surprise birthday luncheon for Jen's mom Jean. Jean turns
the big 70 on 10-3 so Jen fixed a bunch of food, made a fabulous carrot cake,
and we all had mimosas and lots of chatting....
