Later dinner was reruns.... chair, wine (of course!), Chicago Med, Rookie Blue, and Blue Bloods, and nice phone chats with friends.

Because the sun was out yesterday I took the golf cart with trash to the road and Dude got to run. Happy Dog. Then we came back and he enjoyed his sunny porch!

Also, one of the turkeys was up on the gate and looking at me in the house!

All  I know. Nuff said. Happy Sunday. Ciao.

Chocolate Mint Day

It’s Chocolate Mint Day! Most people agree that mint and chocolate were made for each other. A burst of refreshing peppermint, spearmint, or crรจme de menthe combined with the smooth, rich taste of chocolate is a truly unique pairing.
Some of the most famous chocolate mint inventions include: mint chocolate cake, Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies, grasshopper martinis, Andes after-dinner mints, and mint chocolate chip ice cream. Chocolate mint is also a type of herb. It is part of the spearmint family and has edible leaves that taste like chocolate and mint!
To celebrate Chocolate Mint Day, snack on a piece of your favorite chocolate mint candy, enjoy a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream, or drop a candy cane in a steaming cup of hot cocoa!
One of my favorites is chocolate mint ice cream at Fosselman's in Alhambra!!!
