National French Fries Day
French fries are consumed in many countries and go by many names. The
accompaniment that you choose to go with your fries says a lot about where
you're from. In America, it's generally ketchup. In Britain, vinegar goes with
fries, or chips, as they're called. Mayonnaise is the condiment of choice for
fries among Canadians.
So as to that universal question "Do you want fries with that?", say yes!
After all, today is National French Fries
Day.
