Good 39º POURING rain morning! Dude and Bruiser went out for their morning
quickie pee and came right back in, both soaked! Joy.
After I finished my blog yesterday I looked out and it was snowing! Just a
little came down...
Then it warmed from 35º to 37º and the snow turned to rain. Dude and
Bruiser watched out the door....
With the pretty constant light rain yesterday we got 1/4". The big storm
came in somewhere around 4am and since then we got another 3/4" !!
California.............. it's coming your way!!!
Cats are not the only ones you should not leave home alone with a Christmas

A little out of my price range.
Man oh man, he should lose the beard!!!
For a snack yesterday I put some guacamolé on a cheddar rice cake and
sprinkled chopped pecans on top. OMGOOOD!
I ran out of my infused olive oil, so made more. I store it in these
bottles...
I use the dried garlic, onion, and this time Chipotle crushed
peppers...
After filling the bottles with olive oil I put it in a pot and heat, using
a thermometer, to 170º. That is just about when it starts to send bubbles up
from the bottom.
Then I added in 3 lids of this garlic, three lids of the onion, and two
lids of the chipotle crushed pepper. Then it sits until completely cool.
When cool I put a coffee filter in the strainer and let it all drain and then pour into the bottles.
Dinner last night was a hummus wrap. I got these at Costco..
VERY tasty, and good for you!!!!
Then it was a roaring fire in the wood stove, chair, wine, and a Hallmark
Christmas movie... The Best Christmas Party Ever. Cute.
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Monday. Ciao.
