Breakfast yesterday.... two eggs, mozzarella stick pieces, cheese blend,
mayo, multi-grain flat bread with flax seed, and bacon crumbles...
Eggs and mayo mixed in Egg-Tastic, opened the bacon crumbles and they were
going bad, so chopped up some cooked bacon slices, added in a bit of cheese
blend...
Cooked in micro 1 minute, opened lid and stirred, cooked 1 more minute. Lid
off .. more cheese.. lid back on for a minute. Heated the flat bread 30 seconds
and slathered on some Tabasco Spicy Mayonnaise.
Added the egg and spread it out, rolled it up. OMGOOOOD!
