Good 63º when I got up morning. Cloudy and smokey still.
This morning I'm late because I had to take Dude to the
vets for his mani/pedi. Was there early, 8am. UGH. Dude waiting for the doc.....
But, better than taking him
when the sidewalks are too hot to walk on! So, I just got home (9:45) and it 75º already. Had to make a couple stops (post office, bank, Ace) and the good thing is that my car has a 'remote start'. So I can lock the car, push the start button, and the engine comes on as well as the AC. In the winter I do that and the heater starts. So, Dude was safe and cool while I was doing errands.
Sunday night my "Italian son", Alex, who lives in AZ was hit
by a drunk who left the scene. Alex was on his scoot (Harley). The collision
broke his handle bars and he had a time slowing down the bike, turning it
off, and finally falling off. He has a bad elbow and some road rash. He's
soooooo lucky that is all!!!
Also, a year ago today...
My Maggie and Dude... he had just come to live with
us..
She passed away 18 days later. I miss her every single
day!

old photos and scanning them. Here are a couple...
1986, our little Rufus P. Rochester... a little pooch Brian found wandering
the neighborhood. Nobody knew where he belonged, so we took him in. What a
love!
LOL, and Brian on his 19th birthday... napping with Tigger napping next to
him!
Dinner last night was stir fried veggies with 'fake' crab, an Asian Sesame
Ginger sauce, and Manischevwitz fine (teeny tiny) egg noodles (more like mini
spaghetti), and roasted red pepper cheese spread....
First I cooked the noodles, drained and cooled them with cold water. Into
the pan went the Asian Sesame Ginger dressing and the stir fry veggies. I broke
up the broccoli.. and the crab ...
After they had cooked a bit I added in the noodles and stirred in the
roasted pepper cheese. Heated all through...
OMGOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!!! Got leftovers. Lunch!
All I know. Happy Tuesday. Nuff said. Ciao.
