Good 26ยบ somewhat foggy/cloudy morning!
Today is 3-3 and there are 303 days left in the year!
Try this puzzle. If you can do it then as the puzzle master said, "you can say goodbye to Alzheimers." Don't know about that, but it's a fun puzzle....
Yesterday I finished up my income taxes and e-filed for the first time. Scary. Anyway, we'll see if I get my refund as fast as they say.
Then it was time to head to town.... the PO where I had a package. I ordered some "Baconnaise" (bacon flavored mayonnaise)
from J&D Foods in Seattle. (www.jdfoods.net ) Can't wait to try that on a burger! Then to Ace to pay my bill and get cracked corn for the geese and mallards and wild birdseed. Then to Staples for ink for the printer. All the while Maggie was riding along and loving it.
We got to Brian and Jen's about 5. Jen was fixing dinner. She made individually coated and fried chicken pieces. (*OMG yummy!!) She steamed broccoli and had some pesto coated tortellini, a wonderful salad with her homemade ranch dressing, and toast pieces that were cut into little heart shapes and toasted. What a great dinner! Sami requested the dishes and even had some salami that she loves and blueberries!
Dessert was a fabulous cake with homemade frosting. Awesome!
Yesterday morning Jen painted Sami's fingers and toes. She got a new bicycle.........
After dinner she opened presents and then we had cake!
Here she opened her Lalaloopsy doll sets and was opening the Macadamia nuts Bobo gave her...which she LOVES!
These are cute... left is last year, right is this year...
