Another idea for a football watching snack:
Easy Black Bean Dip

Eating Light.... Yummy and good for you!
2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground red
pepper
Place beans in a food processor, and pulse until almost smooth.
Combine the beans, carrot, and the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl,
stirring until well blended. Let stand 30 minutes. Serve at room temperature
with baked tortilla chips.

So, here's Bruiser atop my computer and NAPPING! Asleep sitting up!
I received this video from Ike Saben (LASD ret).. about a rescue dog from
Texas who helped at Ground Zero on 9-11. OMGOSH..... this is so neat. Keep the
Kleenex handy for tears of joy!
Later I unwrapped the new doormat I got Friday. What a great
greeting for the front door!!!!
Dinner last night.... broccoli, snap peas, carrots, spinach ... a little
water in the bottom of the pan and olive oil drizzled over, lid on, steamed for
a bit...
Then I added in the "fake crab" (you could use leftover chicken, turkey,
steak, roast, etc.... I like this fake crab!) and heated it with a jar of the 3
Cheese sauce....
OMGOOOOOOOD!!!!
