Quickly sauté in butter or olive oil and cool
2# muscles - steamed and cooled
chopped sweet onion

You could also add some type of cooked small pasta to this.
Just in case you hadn't seen this "dumpster diving" video before.. you
will enjoy. Thanks Greg Lundell for sending it. One of my favs! Three bear cubs
trapped inside dumpster and are rescued by some good people!
Today is my pal PJ's birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY PJ!!!!
Another Lynn Helbing blonde man joke:
A blonde man was driving home, drunk as a skunk. Suddenly he has to
swerve to avoid a tree, then another, then another. A
cop car pulls him over, so he tells the cop about all the trees in the
road.
The cop says, "That's
your air freshener swinging about!"

Did some weed-eating yesterday before it got too hot. Lawnmower still won't
start. Grrrrrr........ PJ said it could be a fuse. I have no idea how to tell.
Then I did, as Patty calls it "domestic goddess" stuff. Dusting and vacuuming.
YUCK!
In the afternoon I went over to Bill and Jeannie's. We sat and had wine and
chatted. Been awhile. Out there on Upper River Road there is a horse ranch with
the prettiest horses...
