Good 29º BURRRRRRR morning! Being a sissy and knew it was going to be cold last night Dude spent the night in the house with Maggie. He slept next to my bed all night. Sweetheart.

Pretty day yesterday..................

Maggie and Dude are getting along just fine.... Both have to know everything I'm doing at all times! So if I'm taking pictures... 'whatcha doin' ??? huh? huh' 'why are you taking my picture?' 'what's that?' 'oh look ....a squirrel!'

Yesterday I met up with 3 of my pals for lunch at The Bohemian. Jeannie, Dee, Adria, and moí. I met Adria at the Marine Corps League dinners. She was a Marine and did her boot at Paris Island. We had a good time, good wine, and good food, and fun stories ...

I had what they call the "Contradiction" ... a veggie burger patty, fried egg, and bacon on a hamburger bun! Cilantro slaw. YUMMMM!

All I know. I think I'm going to make some spinach pesto today to go with ??? something .... pasta? gnocchi? We'll see.

Happy Hump Day. Ciao.

National Cheeseball Day

Why should it be an insult to call someone 'a cheeseball' when these softened and rolled cheese snack-appetizers are so darn good, and usually only make their appearance at festive occasions like parties or holiday gatherings?

(Some yummmmmy cheeseball recipes here:)

LOL, like here Mel, Oragonads wear jackets and shorts! You turn on the heat in the morning, AC in the afternoon, and then make a fire in the wood stove at night! xo

Love. Love. Love cheese balls. Maybe that is why my shape imitates theirs?

Bill Holden led an interesting life. So sad how he died.
