Almost another full one!!!
Good 28º frozen morning.
Wow, I had almost 600 emails. Sorry, but most of them I deleted. Not enough time or energy to read all.
Now I just bought a bottle of
Mike stopped by to check on me and I showed this to him. Mike said this
bottled Ranch Buffalo sauce is good when you put it on chicken or turkey or pork
or Cornish hen prior to baking. He said it's not that great as a salad dressing.
Going to try the chicken baking thing!
Yesterday I got caught up on a few things... washing dishes,
vacuuming some, cleaning up muddy paw prints, shower, etc. Oh, and vacuumed up
the chewed up cardboard that Bruiser so gleefully enjoyed doing...
The sun came out, yeah, and the Bruise took a nap in "his
box".... this is the mess I cleaned up.
On Tuesday the 10th Brian drove up with the generator and was
greeted at my gate by a tree down.....
As during the previous day I sat in the living room, opened
the blinds, and did some reading. Bruiser was BORED, and sat watching birds
through the window...
Then he wanted out and went climbing the tree....
After his "snow experience" he wanted right back in.
Snow fell off the back roof and made a big pile...
Snow hung on the phone line and brought it close to the ground...
Then the snow fell off and the line went boing boing boing and back up to
it's normal height!
Tree down on my property line....nothing damaged...
Later that evening Brian and Eddie Blay came up (Eddie has a
gardening service in Grants Pass if you need it... 541-659-9817) and cut up the
tree and moved it off the road...
(I took these on Thursday when I "escaped" into town...
And there are a couple more "leaning" trees....but nothing in their way
....
Such a lot of work, and so appreciated!!! xoxooxoxooxoox
Ok, enough of that...
