Good 33º drizzly morning. In the middle of the night the rain
started coming down hard. 3:30am I heard the wind and it was crazy loud! Scary.
Now there are patches of melted snow. Here's what we are in for:
Yesterday the rain finally started after it warmed to 35º. Drizzled and
drizzled.... and was terminally gloomy!
.... Bruiser and Dude kept watch from the porch...
Up on the hill the geese had gathered. (why don't they head
south????)
They finally flew off and the turkeys took over that spot...
Yesterday's NFL games:
YEAH Aaron Rogers and the Packers!!!!
I was discussing the frozen - thawed hummingbird feeders with
my pal Trish and here is the information on Anna's Hummingbirds who do not
migrate from here in the winter....
I read on FB that an old friend, Roy Kaplan, had passed away from
pancreatic cancer on January 4th. in Sarasota Florida. A loss. A great guy!
He was a Reserve Deputy and he, his wife Cookie, Jerry, and I became good
friends. He retired and moved to Florida in 2000. RIP Roy!!!
Cookie's dad, George Barrie owned Fabergé and through Roy and Cookie I got
a job with Fabergé and I worked for them as a sales rep. That is where I met
Farrah Fawcett, José Eber, and Cary Grant.
We represented Farrah's line of hair products and José's. Cary on the other
hand was divorced from Diane Canon and she was traveling a lot and it was
difficult for him to go commercial air to visit his daughter, so George Barrie
told Grant if he would represent Fabergé he would let him take his private jet
anywhere anytime... all he had to do was go to the local Wal-Mart and do a
promotion and take pictures with the managers.

They would LOVE it!!!!
Later dinner, chair, wine, TV. I watched "some" of the Golden Globes. WASTE
OF TIME. I had recorded it so I could skim through and all those Hollyweirdos
did was pat themselves on the back and make disparaging remarks about
Republicans and Trump. What a bunch of CRAP!!!! Jimmy "Felon" (arrogant,
self-loved, stupid comedian!) was the worst along with Meril Streep! Adam
Henrys!!! ENTERTAIN us, don't give us your political views. Bunch of Dem
Hill-Liary crybabies!!!!!
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Monday. Ciao.
