Good 34º super foggy morning.
The fog yesterday was rough. Glad I didn't have to drive
anywhere.
Finally it did lift and we had sun for the rest of the day. Nice!
I was outside and saw these mushrooms growing in the wood
chips on the side of the house.. I think they are Chanterelles.... but
not positive. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chanterelle
Luckily, having been to Greece and enjoying the
food there.... this is good....
Greek Egg Salad
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
2 T mayonnaise
1/4 cup Kalamata olives
2 T chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
salt and pepper to taste
3 pita breads, cut in half
1. In bowl combine all ingredients except pita bread. Mix
well.
2. Evenly spoon mixture into pita bread and
enjoy!

ZIP Codes are a system of postal coded used by the United
State Postal Service since 1963. The term ZIP is an acronym for Zone Improvement
Plan and was chosen to suggest that the mail travels more efficiently and
therefore more quickly (zipping along) when senders use the code in the postal
address.
The basic format consists of five digits. An extended ZIP+4
code introduced in 1983, includes the five digits of the ZIP Code, a hyphen, and
the four additional digits that determine a more specific location within the
given Zip Code.
Until 1963 our address was Los Angeles 32, CA. Then it became
Los Angeles, CA 90032
