She can't even remember the words to our National Anthem!!! What a
self-loving entitled Hollyweirdo.
Later I went for a quick run over to Jennifer and Mike's. She wanted me
over to have some egg nog and see their tree and take pictures of her pups.
Here's a few.... here is Keeper and Sugar Bear....
.... and this is Heaven I got home and for dinner I steamed some cauliflower/broccoli/carrots and then stir fried them in olive oil and added in some leftover rice. I air fried a breaded veal patty with olive oil and garlic salt and some Omaha Steaks **Arancini.
**Arancini are the traditional food for the Italian feast of
Santa Lucia, hand-rolled balls of white rice with savory cheeses ad the flavors
of the day. These are a true classic, with chunks of chicken breast, smoked ham,
and four cheeses ... Fontina, Swiss, Parmesan, and Mozzarella. Each Arancini is
coated in chunky, crunchy Panko breadcrumbs and fried lightly.
The sunset last night was pretty....

December 18th
National Bake Cookies Day
Bake Cookies Day comes at an opportune time. It arrives amidst the major
December holidays. It serves as a reminder to bake holiday cookies, if you
haven't done so already.
People, young and old, celebrate this day by baking their favorite cookies.
Make a party of it, and bake cookies in groups with family, friends, kids and
grandkids. Don't stop at baking just one kind of cookies. Plan to bake a number
of cookies. Try a new recipe, or two, or three, or....
If you bake more than you can eat, good for you! Wrap up gift trays filled
with cookies for friends and neighbors. Most cookies freeze well, too.
Important Note: we are very surprised that Bake Cookies Day is not
immediately followed by "Eat Cookies Day". We did not even find an Eat Cookies
Day. So you can, and should, eat them
everyday!.
