Cuts back a lot on the fire danger.

Personal life interesting. Closeted for
YEARS!!!
This was a great idea. Dennis Slocumb (LASD ret) said a bird built a nest
in the wreath hanging on their front door. He put up the tape to keep the
delivery people from scaring the birds. They have all flown away now, so he can
stop freaking out delivery people! LOL!
Dinner was corn on the cob, since it was Corn On The Cob Day.
Always put a little vinegar in the pot of boiling water, put in the corn,
take off the heat and let sit until ready to eat. Vinegar keeps the corn
crunchy!
I made some slather/dipping sauce... BF Mayo, basil, garlic, all mixed
together with some taco seasoning... sort of Italian Mexican flavors....
I slathered the corn with sauce. Cooked some of Schwans Chicken Fries (OH
so yummy!!!!) and had the sauce for dipping..
PERFECT! Those chicken fries are so good, I am addicted!!! 1½ minutes in
microwave or bake in oven. Or......... heat them in the air fryer!
Sometimes signs are just stupid...
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Monday. Ciao.

June 12th
Red Rose Day
(On the side of my house...)
Red Rose Day is a time to
enjoy and appreciate America's favorite flower.....the red rose. A red rose
signifies love. A June setting for Red Rose Day is very appropriate, as this is by far
the most popular month for weddings. And, they are in bloom in the gardens
across America this month.
In addition to being the most popular cut flower, roses are also the most
popular flower in flower beds and around foundation of houses, garages and
sheds. They are easy to grow, producing a bounty of sweet scented flowers from
June up to the first frost.
Did you know? Each
rose color sends a different meaning to the recipient. Make sure you send the
right message. Rose colors
and their meaning
