Yesterday was slow and slower. I received a shipment of artichoke bottoms I
ordered from Amazon.
Gave UPS Dave one of the cans, as he is an artichoke virgin! LOL. Never had
an artichoke. I was going to send him a video (youtube) of how to cook and eat
artichokes, but all of the videos are too long and pretty boring. Here is Ocean
Mist's site on how to do all ...
With the bottoms I like to stuff them or cut them up and add to any number
of dishes or salads.

Linguine or linguini is a form of pasta - like fettuccine and
trenette, but elliptical in section rather than flat. It is about 4 millimeters
