Good 50º clear sunny morning. 86º for the high yesterday.
Nice. No AC on, just ceiling fans.
Here is a great story of an eagle rescue on 4th of July
weekend..
My pal Cathy has a love for pugs and has a bunch of pug puppies... here's
the newest photo after all the cone heads had been "fixed"....
There is Fuzzy, Molly, Bumbles, Bear, Binky, and Blue... Blue had his 'fixin' prior to the others.....
Pal Lydia posted this on her FB page... Obviously someone who designed the
sign needs to work on their sentence structure. If the title is "HUNTERS" there
is no need for adding in "when hunting"... DUH................... LOL
Yesterday I was still so tired from staying up late listening to the 1D10T
shooting I didn't do much! Had the other half of the cheese sandwich for
breakfast. Lunch was some fruit and dinner was an artichoke.
While I am in the kitchen, Bruiser is always there to see what I am doing.
He sometimes gets a little treat if it's something he likes. I was dishing up
some mayonnaise yesterday for my artichoke and he wanted to know what it was. I
held the dish down to him and he LIKED IT! He licked away!! Crazy cat!
This shared by pal Pat Reardon (LASD ret)....

So I heard this loud "thunk" noise. Investigated. Here Bruiser is atop the
tall storage cabinet...
He got up there by jumping from the trunk close to it. Nut! Then after
sniffing everything up there he jumped down....
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Hump Day. Ciao.

July 7th
National Fried Chicken Day
National Fried Chicken Day is day to enjoy crisp and tasty, finger
licking good fried chicken.
Fried chicken is one of America's favorite meals. Sure, we all know that
fried foods are not good for us. But, fried chicken tastes ohhhhh so good. We
just can't resist having it on a regular basis.
There's just one thing you need to do celebrate this day: Eat some fried
chicken. You can have it for lunch, dinner or cold leftovers as a snack. Better
still, have it for lunch, dinner, AND for a snack.
Or... you might try your local fried chicken place (KFC, Popeye's, Chicken
Little, Chick-fil-A, or...) and because of today they might be having
specials!

Good morning. Glad you liked the sign. It still makes me laugh. Thinking of getting a sign like it for by our sidewalk, but don't care to make conjecture of ownership or not an issue with any neighbors.
Love Bruiser's agility. Shannon's cat used to like to pounce on their dog when they were both young.
Fried chicken nuggets- I should be able to handle that.
Being an old sign collector, I loved it L! I'd seek out one too, but I think I have reached my limit!!
Bruiser lived feral for most of 5 years, so yes, his agility comes from racing up trees and pouncing on prey. Also he's nutty!!! LOL. xo
