Good 45º very foggy morning. Looks like that predicted storm
is a comin'...
This storm is supposed to hit Northern California
HARD!
Happy Hump Day
Decided to clean out more from the freezer... found some
ground round and some ground lamb. Decided to make a meatloaf....
2 eggs, Panko, lots of garlic salt, chopped celery and
shallot, tossed in some leftover peas and roasted carrots, cheese, and topped
with green enchilada sauce.
Made a SUPER SANDWICH!
Last year this date we had a lot of snow... it was 13º and I
had a broken water pipe! UGH. Got through it ... Collecting water from neighbors
and showering at PJ and Dave's. Here's a picture taken then of Tucker and Sami
with their State Farm Snowman. (Gotta get that ad in Brian!!!)
Yesterday:
And boy do I have a lot of 'strange' mushrooms in my yard:
I did some research and could only come up with that they are "Oregon Lawn
Mushrooms"... Oh well, we're not eating them, but they are interesting
looking.
I visited with Jan Lacy at the Clayfolk show last month. She does sculpture
and she's in the process of making a dog head of Dude for me. She shows her art
at the Grants Pass Art Museum, among others. Here is her work and her
site...
Maybe a sculpture of Maggie is next!
Heard a big commotion of geese flying over... barely got their
picture...
I want one of those camera lens like the photographers at football games
use... only they are about $6,000-11,000 !!! Will pass on that.

Funny cause last night on my kitchen TV I can't get many channels. On "Cozy" they have old TV series. While cleaning up the kitchen I watched an old Lassie show with Tommy Rettig.
I love love the snowman photo of the kidlets. A keeper for sure.
I have a dermo app on Monday. Looking for a lot of answers! Keeping fingers crossed!
