If you were looking for Thursday's blog... just scroll down... now I am all caught up!
Good 60º cloudy and windy with some sun breaking
through almost afternoon!
Ahhhhhh..... so good to have Hal back up and running and even
better than before. Turk "fixed" what I did wrong (downloaded a program I
shouldn't have, but he said it really wasn't that bad and not malicious) and
"cleaned it out" so now I don't need that PC Boost program!!! Yeah!
Today is a special birthday. My friend, from high school,
Annalee (Carlin) Fortini is celebrating today.
She was in my wedding (1965) and I in hers (1968). She and her
hubby, Led, run a winery
and with son Ryan run a "landscape, construction, and home
decorating" business.... http://www.fortinihome.com/

So.... errands yesterday... first to the lab for a blood test (Dracula!),
then to Cash and Carry for DaVinci sugar free syrup for my coffee. Got a new
kind... Hawaiian Salted Caramel. OMGOOOD! And my old stand by, Peanut Butter.
I also got some artichoke hearts and sliced olives (sooooo cheap there!)
and some oatmeal to try.... Had some for breakfast. Just add hot water, let
stand 2 min, stir in fruit and nuts and topping... AWESOME~!
I was looking for shrimp. Last time they had "from Texas" shrimp, now they
have a variety.. and one that said "packaged in WA state" but where did it come
from??? So I bought some frozen calamari. Never cooked it before, but will give
it a try. Then to Costco where everything I bought weighed a ton! Getting it all
into the house was a chore! Picked up packages at the Post Office.. the Laney
Honey I ordered.... OMG... honey with pecans!!! I tasted them all and LOVE LOVE
them!
Also there was a package from Amazon.. I am addicted to Macadamia Nuts and
they have this 6 pack variety I love getting..
Coffee Glazed, Onion Garlic, Dry Roasted, Honey Roasted, and Chocolate
Covered! OMG. Also got a movie.
Here come the barn door guys on Wednesday.. John and Rusty...
.... and there goes the trailer with the cut up old barn door....
And.... taaaa daaaaaa:
Now for pressure wash and paint... in the Spring!
All I know. Nuff said. Happy TGIF. Ciao.

WOW! What a great blog! It was packed full of all kinds of good reading! Just finished reading about Betty Hutton. Only proves that money doesn't buy happiness BUT life is better with it than without! :)
Today is also our Becky's birthday! Baby Christian is a bit over 2-1/2 weeks old so what a great gift to herself! :)
I use to wear my hair like Veronica Lake's. When mother told me I looked like her I said WHO??
I adored Family Affair with Brian Keith. It's sad to realize that four of them are gone. Don't know about the oldest girl.
Good one!
XO Trisha
Thanks T! Happy Birthday to Becky. xo
Monet - one of my favorite gardeners.
