Pea Salad .. This recipe was my sister Marion's. I love it!

2 pkg frozen petite peas, thawed to room temp (or 16oz bag)

4 stalks celery, chopped

green onions, chopped or red onion (your preference)

3 hard boiled eggs, grated

Mix with about 1 cup mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sometimes she added a jar of red pimentos, drained and/or a can of chopped black olives.

Also, I like to add about 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon. Or... add shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese or a combo of cheese.....

Had Mike Artoff the plumber out yesterday. Stopped up kitchen sink again. Told him if he didn't come out I'd have to wash my dishes in the bathtub~! Yeah, glad that got fixed. Bout all the excitement here. Hope you have a good day and don't get fooled!
