Good 43º clear sunny morning. Looks like it's going to be in
the high 80º's today and then the 90º's for the rest of the week.
Got this from Gator.... good one!
Yesterday I mowed the back lawn (weeds and weird grasses)...
that oddball cat of mine was sitting in the shade watching me. He's not afraid
of the riding mower! Then since I stopped (taking his picture) he came towards
me...
So I go to the front yard.... and he lays down right where I
am going to mow...
I finish, stop the mower to put back Mr. Hippo and get the
hose so I can water the cherry tree and he climbs up on the mower!
I had put Maggie and Dude in the house where it was cool and
soon as I finished mowing, Dude wanted out...
I moved the trampoline and got that all mowed... then Ms. Deer comes along,
gets comfy in the shade, and munches on the cut grass....
Took the trash can to the road and put up my new
sign...
My neighbor was out bailing his cut grass....

That is the cutest chickie. Great picture of baled grass- makes me want to take an allergy caplet.
Boy, did your salad look delicious! You really had the goods going on. Yum! Now I am really hungry.
That Bruise is something else. What a character he is, so entertaining for you. Sure glad you got that yard mowed so Dude could stretch out and be seen. LOL
Good job on hanging the sign. You were definitely a busy bumble bee yesterday.
Off to find something to eat. Sure wish it was that salad.
Have a wonderful day, chat later. xo

Your animals are a HOOT! Love that Brusier! He is so entertaining! Furry kids are so like human kids. They want to be with mom and usually in the way of what you are doing. Even the wild ones; the deer! lol
Now I am curious as to what your neighbor will do with the bales of grass?? So neat looking!
Yes, you salad looks scrumptious as usual!!

Thanks T! That Bruiser is like no other cat I have ever had! My shadow. Fun! The neighbor has goats and his son has horses. It costs him a bundle to irrigate, since his well pump is electric and he waters ALL SUMMER!!! Don't know if it's cost effective. Oh well.... xo
