Good 59º very cloudy morning. We did get minimal rain and thunder late
yesterday afternoon. Lasted all of 10 minutes!
My friend Joan Petit-Clair sent these "Stupidity" sayings, I will share
this one with you:
"Only in this stupid world .... do people order double cheeseburgers, large
fries, and a diet coke."
Ok, I'll bring on one more....
"Only in this stupid world..... do they have drive-up ATM machines with
Braille lettering."
I tried a new cereal ... Kashi Indigo Morning
It is a blend of puffed golden corn flakes
with real blueberries and blackberries, all natural, and NO sugar. Really
good!
This is hilarious. Nothing like you would ever see in this country!
Now how about this for hors d'oeuvres?
Here is a super fascinating blog. You have to scroll and scroll through the
zillions of great ideas here.....
I found this blog via this picture on FB....
How to is here:
Cherry tomatoes, black olives....on sliced baguettes, cream cheese, smoked
salmon.... the black spots are chopped olives, the eyes are cream cheese applied
with a toothpick, and the antennas are stems of flat leaf parsley. Now, how fun
is that!
It's funny...I go back before I write a blog and read the one from this
date in 2010 and 2011. Monday I bought a new garden hose. Two years ago on this
date I bought a new garden hose! Also in 2010 and 2011 we were having the same
exact weather... cooler temps and rain! Wearin' sweatshirts!!
Historically this date...

'Baby' has really taken a liking to Maggie! Yesterday I took these pictures
through the screen door. This morning when Maggie went out Baby was out there on
the porch waiting for her and walked around Maggie several times rubbing on
her!
All I know. Nuff said. Off to a doc appointment in Medford and then a stop
by Costco. Happy Hump Day. Ciao.

National Caviar Day
The expen$ive Russian Beluga Caviar is awesome. Can't compare to the stuff
we get here in the market. Had it once or twice. Starts the drool button!
Caviar, sometimes called black caviar, is a luxury delicacy, consisting of processed, salted,
non-fertilized sturgeon roe. The
word caviar originates from the Turkish khavyar, first appearing in English
print in 1591. The four main types of caviar are Beluga, Sterlet, Ossetra, and Sevruga. The rarest and costliest is from the beluga
sturgeon that swim in the Caspian Sea, which is bordered by Iran, Kazakhstan,
Russia, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan.
