Good 34º-should-be-sunny-day-but-very-very-foggy-right-now morning. Got a few drops of rain yesterday. Never really warmed up. Maybe hit 50º for 5 minutes when the sun came out of hiding.
I love the way the clouds drift through the trees....
Kristen, Alex, and Jack went to the Rose Parade. Got a good spot at Sierra Madre and Walnut. Enjoyed the day...
Dinner at Johnny Rocket's afterwards.
I went into town and dropped some stuff off at Brian's office.
Then picked up a sandwich, chips, and cookies at Subway next door to B's office. Stopped by Bill and Jeannie's to see Chaka Kune and give her a treat.... and get kisses!!! Slurp..
....admired their view...
....had a glass of wine with Jeannie and chatted for a few... Billy ensconced in football. (Yeah Ducks!)
I just love their shiny chrome "hemmets" !
Great game. Beautiful day in Pasadena.
On the way home there was more red lights on the road. This time only a fire truck...
Came home, started a fire in the wood stove, poured a wine, ate sandwich, Harley took over my chair, Maggs napped on the floor...
Now these sound good and EASY! Gonna make some this morning and will let you know.
Biscuit Waffles:
1 can (7.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated tender layer biscuits
maple-flavored or real maple syrup
Peanut butter or your favorite jam, if desired
Spray waffle maker with cooking spray. Heat waffle maker.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
Place up to 4 biscuits at a time on waffle maker.
Close lid of waffle maker; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until light golden brown.
Serve immediately with remaining ingredients.
Waffles can be wrapped and frozen up to 1 month. To serve, toast in toaster until thoroughly heated.
For a fresh start to the day, serve waffles topped with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.

I wish I could figure out why "stars" think they need to resort to plastic surgery. They usually look worse after the surgery than they would have just aging normally. Go figure!! I just don't get it!!
GS
I have to agree. Probably they want a little tweeking... jowl removal and eye lifts, but the surgeons are lousy at their job!
Sue,
I couldn't take my eyes off those gorgeous Oregon helmets! I've never seen anything like them! I do like the gold helmets on the Notre Dame team too! Pretty pretty! It was a good game and we were rooting for Oregon too!
That black doggie looks just like our sweet Coco.
Don't know if you have been reading all the posts on PWL but my friend Tammy is having a horrible time decided when its time to put down her beloved Shadow. She's not getting much support from her family so she is leaning on us girls. So sad. Looks like this morning she has made her decision. It's so hard.
Have a good one!
XO Trisha
My heart goes to your friend Tammy. Our dogs are our children. Love them as much!
