Good 51º foggy morning.
Yesterday was beautiful. Sun and blue sky all day.
Dude was a happy camper, laying in the grass and watching the gate!
We topped at 89º.
Picture of the Day.... LOL.
In high school I dated a guy named Bob Boring! I decided, even though he was so nice, I would never marry him! It's like what would happen in the academy when they call out your name... Boring, Susan! Yikes.
There is also Boring Oregon and Boring Maryland were both named after people.

Easy Stromboli...
From Pillsbury Kitchens...
Stromboli is a longtime family dinner favorite. Now, it’s even easier to make thanks to Pillsbury™ pizza dough and five more simple ingredients! Quick, easy and packed with flavor, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t be making this seriously delicious take on the cousin to pizza. With 15 minutes of prep time and 35 minutes total to make, it’ll save you a whole lot of time spent in the kitchen and give you back a few more minutes to sit down and enjoy the meal with the fam.
1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 can (13.8oz) can Pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped green and/or red pepper
1 t. dried Italian seasoning
Heat oven to 400º. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Brown ground beef over medium high heat until thoroughly cooked,. Drain. Set aside.
Unroll dough, place on sprayed cookie sheet. Starting at the center, press out dough with hands to form 12x8" rectangle.
Spread sauce over dough to within 2" of long sides and 1/2 inch of short sides. Place cooked ground beef lengthwise down center, forming 3" wide strip and within 1/2 inch of short sides.
Top with cheese, bell pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Fold long sides of dough over filling and press edges to seal.
Bake 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
Serve with a side of salad.

The simplest way to enjoy Lobster is boiled then dipped in melted butter. A couple of favorite lobster recipes include Lobster Newberg and Lobster Thermidor. It is also the main ingredient in soup, bisque, lobster rolls and salads.
Large lobsters are estimated to be 50 years old.
HOW TO OBSERVE
Celebrate by enjoying a delicious lobster meal at your favorite seafood restaurant or by cooking a lobster dish at home.
Following are some “tried and true” recipes for you to enjoy.
According to the Guinness World Records, the largest lobster ever caught was in Nova Scotia, Canada, weighing 44.4 lbs.
HISTORY
In 2014, Senators Angus King and Susan Collins of Maine drafted a joint resolution designating September 25 as National Lobster Day. Recognizing the men and women in an industry with a long and rich heritage, the proclamation celebrates the lobster from sea to table.

The easiest way to cook lobster was taught to me by my nephew Jimmy who had been a cook at a restaurant for a time in Tahoe..... pull the meat out of the shell by making a cut down the entire length of the shell on top.
Put the meat on top of the shell, brush with clarified butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400º for 15-18 minutes. PERFECT!!!
