Easy Peasy Slow Cooker Bacon Wrapped Apple BBQ
Chicken
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices of bacon
½ cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store bought)
2 large apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
2 T. lemon juice
1. Wrap each chicken breast in 2 slices of bacon and place in
slow cooker
2. Mix barbecue sauce with apples and lemon juice, and pour

Dinner was Schwans Orange Chicken Skillet Meal... Hunan inspired. Tangy and
sweet orange sauce with the tempura breaded chicken, fire roasted onions, water
chestnuts, and edamame. Includes rice.
The chicken and vegetalbes are heated from frozen in a little water and
olive oil. The rice heated in microwave. Sauce added to chicken and maybe served
seperately, but I just stirred the rice into the chicken. OMGOOOOOOOD!!!!! Easy,
frozen to done, in a few minutes!
