Any more, the easier a recipe is the better! This is No-Bake Cranberry Pie. A great addition to your Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner.....
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (16-ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce **
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
In a medium-sized bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs,
granulated sugar, and butter. Press into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch
deep-dish pie plate, forming a crust.
In a medium-sized bowl, with an electric beater on low
speed, beat cream cheese, cranberry sauce, pineapple, and walnuts until well
combined; spoon into pie crust.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream and brown sugar. Spoon
over cranberry mixture, cover, and freeze at least 4 hours, or overnight. Thaw 5
minutes before slicing and serving.
**Whole berry cranberry sauce adds nice chunks of
cranberries, but traditional cranberry sauce can also be
used.
My new wifi with Hughes Net was installed yesterday. Dean and Lee came out..... Super nice and loved Dude!
So, now I have two satellite dishes, one for my TV and one for wifi. I like
them on the ground, so when it snows and covers the dish, I can easily wipe it
off.
Tested the wifi and works great. Even my phone is amazingly fast now. Brian
sent me a photo in a message and it instantaneously downloaded instead of taking
FOREVER!
Dinner last night was Omaha Steaks breaded shrimp.... from
frozen to cooked perfect in the Air Fryer... 370º for 12 minutes drizzled with
olive oil. Also some of Schwans peas, from frozen to ready after 8 minutes in
the microwave. HOW EASY was that!!! I made a dipping sauce for the shrimp with
mayonnaise and sweet hot chili sauce.
My pals Pat and Alice up in Idaho said they got the Air Fryer too and used
it last night to cook a game hen and they texted me they were thrilled with how
it came out! http://powerairfryer.com/
Then it was chair, wine, TV.... Blue Bloods, NYPD Blue, and NCIS Los
Angeles.
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Hump Day. Ciao.
