Good 46º clear sunny morning.
Yesterday we warmed to 85º. Had doors and windows open, nice
breeze. Really comfy! House stays very cool.
Of course this weekend, Fri Sat & Sunday is Rogue River's
Rooster Crow parade, carnival, and car show and predictions for 109º on
Saturday. UGH~!
Yesterday the clouds were amazing. Just loved them... These

Throw Back Thursday
The one and only time I was in jail! 1953:
Yesterday was busy... first Dude was a happy camper getting to eat!
Me too. I had some of the Egg Scrambles I got from Schwans... frozen, into
micorwave for 2 minutes 20 sec. They have a thin crust and filled with
scrambled egg, bacon, and cheese.
I had the scrambles with some applesauce topped with
cranrasins. YUMMMMMMM!!!!
I had called the golf cart company, Tuesday, telling them mine
is not running well and was told he'd see how busy he was yesterday and if he
can pick it up. Never called me~! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.......... We'll see
if he calls today, if not I will call them back~!
Mike came over about 11:30 and started mowing.
Dude was happy to see him and kept an eye on him while he mowed... He stopped mowing and will be back Friday to finish more.
Another reason why I live in Oregon!

desired.
Later for dinner I put a broccoli/cauliflower/carrot combo in the big pan with olive oil and garlic and tomato and sauteéd ...
while I cooked some bot tie pasta.....
When the pasta was done I added it to the pan along with about
3/4 cup of the cooking water and a couple pats of butter and let it all heat
through. In the meantime I cooked a sirloin steak in the air fryer....
PERFECT!!!!!
In the air fryer at 370º for 13 minutes.... still rare in the
middle!
All I know. Nuff said. Happy TBT. Ciao.

National Chocolate Eclair Day
National Chocolate Eclair Day is a sugary, sweet way to start your day.
It's a sweet, tasty way to end your day, too. Eclairs are a light, crisp pastry
filled with a pastry cream. They are most often eaten as a dessert. They can be
eaten at every meal, or as a snack.
We hope that you are not on a diet, or watching calories, carb
or sugar. Because participating in this day, means consumption of high calorie,
high carb, high sugar eclairs.
Did you know? Eclairs originated in
France.
