Good 39º cloudy morning.
There appears to be just a sprinkling of snow on my mountain top....
Yesterday stayed cool.... 49º with occasional rain (drizzle) and we
probably got 12 or 10 drops of the wet stuff! .. and a touch of blue sky and
some sunshine!
My tulips are on their last leg...
and.... my apple tree has started blooming...
Here is a super simple great Ham & Cheese Quiche you can make for
Easter Sunday morning... go get the ingredients now....
When I was at Safeway on Wednesday I found these... talk about
easy!! Hard boiled colored eggs!!!! They are distributed by Almark Foods in
Georgia...
These eggs are PERFECT. Peeled easy and taste wonderful. Now I'm spoiled!!!

And births this date includes.....

I always thought he was beyond strange!

1936 – Frank Serpico, American policeman
1941 – Julie Christie, British actress

Later dinner was Sole Almondine (Omaha Steaks) cooked in the
Air Fryer and yam. (Cooked in Crock Pot with a little water, low for 4
hours)
Not only are yams a great source of fiber but they are high in potassium.
One medium banana has about 422 milligrams of potassium, which is about 11
percent of the 4700 milligrams adults should get daily. Now yams have about 670
milligrams after cooking ... boiled, or baked.
Next was chair, wine, and TV.
All I know. Nuff said. Happy TGIF. Ciao.
