I was having a dream the other night.
JK Simmons, the actor who does the Farmer's Insurance commercials and was in The
Closer. He is starring in a new show, Growing Up Fisher, as a blind attorney.
Must have been on my mind... anyway... in this dream JK Simmons asks me to go
out with him. I told him, "You realize of course my son is a State Farm Agent!"
.... LOL.
Interesting show. I liked
it.
Now if you like Cajun or Creole style Seasoning... you can make your own
with this simple recipe that makes 4 T.:
3 t. paprika
1 t. dried thyme
1 t. dried oregano
1 t. onion powder
1 t. garlic powder
2 t. salt
1 t. black pepper
1 t. cayenne pepper
Mix everything. Taaaaa daaaaaa.......
These I got at Trader Joe's. OMGOOD!
Very very blueberry tasty. They are called "biscuits" but, that is British for cookie. Had some with my coffee!
For dinner I cooked 4 baby artichokes I got at Trader Joe's. I always boil
them in water with some olive oil and Lawry's Garlic Salt. Then....
I had some meat (super thin sliced), some fresh mozzarella balls, corn
biscuits (real biscuits, not cookies!), and pesto. I slit open 4 of the biscuits and topped with a piece of
meat, a semi smashed mozzarella ball, and some pesto....the I slit open the
other 4 and did the same thing but topping with Sriracha Mayo.....
I baked them 20 minutes... (one leaked cheese)....
For dipping sauce I used the Trader Joe's Sriracha Ranch. OMGOOOOD!!!
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Saturday. Ciao.
